As Director of Project Management, Mr. Adams works closely with law
firms and corporate clients to find the best solution to their electronic
document review challenges. Utilizing his extensive first-hand project
management experience, Mr. Adams is committed to custom tailoring
AdamsGrayson's offerings to meet each client's specific needs.
Mr. Adams has personally led large document review teams at the bequest
of corporate and law firm clients, providing hands-on management to the
entire review process. He has significant experience in all aspects of
document review projects, including custodian interviews and data retrieval,
chain of custody tracking, keyword development, staff selection,
first-level review management, application of quality control
metrics, document production and privilege log creation.
Professional Experience
Managed all phases of document review and litigation support for
several multi-billion dollar class action cases involving multiple
corporate defendants
Oversaw document and data retrieval efforts at corporate client
locations around the country; worked closely with custodians to
facilitate document retention and review
Developed search terms and review parameters for several reviews
involving electronic and non-electronic data
Worked extensively with production and data management vendors and
clients to facilitate the capture, review and production of
electronic and non-electronic data
Managed large teams of reviewers for multiple document
review projects
Supported and consulted teams of trial attorneys for multiple jury
trials in both federal and state courts
Experience with numerous online review applications including Summation,
Sanction, Concordance, DocuMatrix, Ringtail, and Kroll Ontrack Inview.
