What if I have my correct username and password but I am still having trouble logging into the LegalSource web site?
Some networks and computers have a firewall that blocks access to certain types of sites. Try logging in from another computer. If you are still unable to access the site, contact our IT Department for assistance.
Depending on your assignment, timesheets can be locked out as early as each night at midnight. Please contact your LegalSource Representative to determine the deadline for changing your time entries and to make changes after the deadline has passed.
Please email our Payroll Department with the specific details of the problem, including check/deposit date and check number, if applicable.
Complete new tax forms and submit them to LegalSource by 5:00 p.m. on Friday to be effective on your next paycheck.

Using the same username and password you were given for the Employee Handbook and electronic timekeeping, log into the AdamsGrayson web site and click the "Paystubs" tab. If you get an error on the following page, please contact our Human Resources Department.
LegalSource will provide direct deposit recipients with their two (2) most recent pay stubs upon written request. Email your request to our Payroll Department, and include your social security number with the request. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Undelivered paychecks are available for pick up from our office after noon on Friday. If you would like your paycheck mailed, send an email with your current address to our Human Resources Department.
Your W2 will be mailed to your last address of record on January 30. If you have moved in the past year and are uncertain as to whether or not you have updated your address with LegalSource, please email your current address to our Human Resources Department no later than January 15.
Please submit your request to our Human Resources Department with your name, social security number, current address, and the year of the W2 you are requesting. Your W2 will be mailed to you in 5-7 business days
Our Human Resources Department handles all such requests. Requests should be faxed to the attention of the Director of Human Resources at 202-828-1100, along with a signed form from you authorizing the release of your employment records (this form is usually provided by the organization to which you are applying). Organizations requesting verification of employment should allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Please submit your request specifying the information to be included, along with any applicable forms, to our Human Resources Department. Please allow 1-2 business days for employment letters and 8-10 business days for forms that require notarization.
Enrollment in LegalSource's 401(k) is offered twice a year, April 1 and October 1, to eligible employees. To be eligible, you must have begun working for LegalSource one full year (365 days) prior to an enrollment date and meet certain minimum hours requirements. For questions about the plan, please email our Human Resources Department.

If you have been recently sworn into a bar, please submit an Updated Information Form to our Human Resources Department. If you have applied to waive into the District of Columbia bar, please submit a copy of the date-stamped page of your application or a copy of the letter from the DC Court of Appeals acknowledging receipt of your application.
If you have obtained new skills or experiences that may qualify you for certain assignments, such as experience using a new eDiscovery tool or mastery of a new language, please submit an Updated Information Form to our Human Resources Department.
Federal Withholding Certificate (Form W-4)
Please note that changes to your withholdings must be received by LegalSource by 5 p.m. on Friday to be reflected in your next paycheck.
Applying for Direct Deposit
Please include a voided check with your completed form. Please allow up to two pay cycles for processing your application. If you have previously signed up for direct deposit for another account, you must complete a Revocation of Direct Deposit Form (below)
Discontinuing Direct Deposit
Please submit this form at least 2 weeks prior to closing the bank account to which you currently receive direct deposit. If you have already closed or put a hold on the account, please email our Payroll Department immediately.
